Information you provide and how it is used
We process technical information needed to deliver the guides, search and embedded media, together with information you choose to send in support messages or enabled forms. The website is a preparation resource. Corps applications and audition videos submitted through a corps’ own website are handled by that organization, not by this website. Do not publish private applicant details in comments, video descriptions or public links.
Information may be processed by hosting, security, analytics and other service providers as needed to run the features you use. We use support messages to answer requests and investigate errors. Publicly available information and user submissions should not be treated as verified identity, eligibility or professional advice.
Cookies, measurement and Google advertising
Our hosting and security services process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and pages requested to operate and protect the website. Cookies and similar storage can support sign-in, preferences, analytics and embedded services. Google measurement services may collect information about visits and interactions. We may need to verify that a request concerns your own information. Records needed for security, accounting, dispute resolution or other obligations may need to be retained. An external provider manages information submitted directly to its services.
Younger visitors
If you are under 18, involve a parent or guardian before creating public profiles, contacting outside organizations or sharing personal information. Send privacy concerns through the contact below rather than posting them publicly.

Do not send passwords, identity documents, medical records, or payment details. Questions about an external organization’s application, fees, service, or account belong with that organization.
